Founded in 2010 Cloudpoint Systems Inc. has from day one been focused on the cloud. From our name to our in-house systems everything points towards running the entire enterprise on the cloud. Our founder, who started a group of technology companies in the 1990’s which were sold to a public corporation, has been adamant about eating our own dogfood. Everyone in the organization from sales to service is attached via desktops and mobile to our sales, services and accounting systems. We built our systems using the same exact tools we sell to our customers. We support all the technologies that we use in house and no others. We have no exclusive agreements to see certain products over others and what we sell we use in house.

Our inhouse technical expertise runs from 30 years to 1. Our staff are trained in the technologies we use, sell  and support. We support our customers 24×7 and always will get back to you no matter what day of the year it is. There is always someone on the other end of a call or text who knows how to help you. We know our business depends on our systems running 24×7 so we know yours do also.

We don’t sell hardware although we have the expertise to support yours and do so as part of our menu of services. We will point you in the right direction for purchase and we will handle setup, test or fix systems we support. Our entire business exists to support you in your business.
